Join us for a paddle down the Salmon River! This paddle is excellent for beginners. BYOK/BYOPB aka Bring Your Own Kayak/PaddleBoard or rent them! Rentals are available through our friends at Salmon River Kayak Rental. Their rates are very reasonable. Make sure you make reservations before you arrive at the boat launch. There is little to no cell reception on the river (woo hoo!)

Recommendations - snacks, water, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, bug spray, water shoes, dry bag or ziplock bag (for phones, keys, etc), change of clothes, towel, first aid kit, and a smile! 

Where do we meet? - follow the road all the way down to the bottom. You'll see the river and a parking lot with a pot o potty. Tip- If you pass spooky, boarded up houses, you are going the right way.

Extra Tidbit - there are a few picnic tables under some nice shady trees near the boat launch for those wanting to pack a lunch.
