Realistic and practical skills will be taught to defend yourself to swiftly overcome an assailant or make a quick escape to protect yourself or your loved ones.
No prior experience required - come as you are, ready to learn with other women! With just a tiny bit of training and a hell of a lot of attitude, together we can teach you to embrace your inner badass!
