An event and experience unlike any other....

​In September, we bring you two Yin & Sound sessions. One will take place indoors at our beautiful fitness studio and the other will take place at our newest outdoor location Pleasant View Farm.

Both locations are right here in Wallingford!

​​​Yin Yoga is slow-paced gentle style of yoga with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other yoga styles. Sound healing is an ancient practice that harnesses the power of sound vibrations to promote healing and relaxation. 

The outdoor session will be followed by a community social hour for those that would like to stay and partake. Complimentary apps and beverages will be served.
