Service Description

In pickleball, repetitive-use injuries, especially in the wrist and elbow, and sudden injuries from quick ballistic movements are common. Injuries commonly occur when lunging forward for a low shot, which can cause straining to a calf or hamstring and moving backwards or sideways and losing one's balance, which can cause falls which often lead to broken bones. Proper conditioning can help alleviate the chances of an injury by increasing your core strength and flexibility along with improving balance and mobility.
