Service Description
Private sessions offer the opportunity to have a workout that is just for you. Each workout is designed specifically around the areas you want to focus on and addresses your goals. Each session will be carefully planned according to your individual needs and desires. Coach Kristie Miller will create a customized program based on your current fitness level to help you reach your fitness goals.
