If you enjoy being social, saving money, and having FUN, then small group training is perfect fot YOU!! You will receive individualized attention and feedback on your form during the training. Workouts may be modified to accomodate all fitness levels.​ Consultation recommended prior to first training session.

Guided Meditation

In guided meditation, our practice is shaped by another person’s voice. Because the mind has a tendency to wander where it will, many of us find it easier to focus and relax when our minds aren’t entirely left to their own devices. Each week features a new meditation as you reconnect to yourself -- mind, body, and spirit.

Power Yoga

Power yoga also known as Vinyasa yoga is a fast-paced style of yoga focused on building strength, flexibility and endurance in the body through high-impact yoga postures. This class is suitable for the more experienced yogi who wants to energize their practice.
