Restorative Yoga

Nuture your mind, body, & spirit...
A deeply relaxing practice aimed at calming the nervous system through passive poses held for 5-20 minutes, using props (bolsters, blankets) to fully support the body. It promotes healing by reducing stress, offering "active relaxation" rather than exercise. Props and blocks provided.

Dance Strength Fusion

Dance your way to fit!
Incorporates choreographed dance styles (like Latin, Hip Hop, or Ballet) with functional strength training techniques to build muscle, increase flexibility, and enhance cardiovascular health.

Intro to Kickboxing

This is a full-body workout designed for beginners, combining basic boxing punches with fundamental kicks. Learn proper stance, guard, and technique, focusing on building strength, coordination, and cardio endurance.

Mat Pilates Fusion

Blends traditional, core-focused pilate exercises with elements of yoga and light strength training. It typically uses props like balls or light weights, aiming to improve core strength, flexibility, and muscle tone.
