This peaceful 3.4 mile trail leads hikers to the summit of Mount Sanford and then returns via the eastern base of the mountain. decent incline up the mountain at the start to get the blood pumping. The beginning and end sections of this loop are a little rocky. Proper hiking boots are recommended.
