Connecticut has miles of paved and gravel bike paths via the national rails to trails program! Cheshire, Hamden, Southington, Farmington, Canton, and East Hampton are just a few of the most beautiful trails in the state and all within an hour of Wallingford. 

Connecticut is abundant with ponds, lakes, rivers, and the Long Island Sound! So many bodies of water so little time!! Whether you own your own kayak or prefer to rent we have you covered. With over 30 years of paddling experience you are in good hands! No experience necessary.

Stand Up Paddle Boarding engages your core muscles and builds abdominal strength and lean muscle tone, while at the same time strengthening arms, legs, back, and shoulders. SUPs starting gaining popularity because of their transportablility. Inflatable SUPs have taken over as the most popular way to take to the water.

Ahh... is there anything better than hearing the birds singing and enjoying a gentle summer breeze while enjoying fields of native flowers and flora. The Wallingford Land Trust currently has over 15 properties and over 200 acres of trails just waiting to be explored! 

Pickleball! The sport with a funny name that's sweeping the nation! Pickleball is not only fun, but it's a great way to meet people and get some much needed exercise! I have taught over 100s of locals how to play this game, and many of the groups still play togther to this day! How cool is that?!

Dinner parties, festivals, holiday strolls, menorah lightings, tree lightings, uptown dancing, music on the green, fundraisers, game nights, pickleball tournaments, holiday parties, birthday parties, cookouts, pool parties, trivia nights, the fun never ends! 

One of my gifts is being able to bring a group of like minded individuals together for the good of everyone in the group! Whether it's a dinner party, an open house, a pickleball pizza party, or a studio dance party, you'll be all smiles.

A wellness retreat can positively impact your emotional well-being. You get the space to focus on yourself while being in an environment that is safe for self-expression. You'll learn how to balance yourself and discover the inner peace you seek.

Since I reopened in May of 2023, I have hosted or taken part in four fundraisers. The Movember Campaign for men's health, a cooking demo for Master's Manna, a raffle for the Wlfd Animal Shelter, and the Ronald McDonald House. 

Volunteering is one of the most rewarding experiences you could ask for. Not only do you get to help an organization in need, but you meet the most amazing people along the way. I do my best to volunteer at least once a month for various causes.
