Service Description

Working out is more fun with friends!! My small group classes are capped at 6 people so you will receive the individualized attention you deserve. If you enjoy being social, saving money, and having FUN, then small group training is perfect for YOU!! You will receive individualized attention and feedback on your form during the training. Workouts may be modified to accomodate all fitness levels.​ *Consultation recommended prior to first class (Yoga mat recommended)
